Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

THE sound quality is not better than the QS2. Plug in the ear is bad, the external and so has good acoustic sound. THE QS2 is cheaper and better and seals the ear and it has more serious. Moreover, the volume control by touch slider is very bad. Controversial headphones, probably not suitable for all ears, both in an anatomical sense and musical. High frequencies are pretty good, it feels good 3d effect where it is. With bass all is not unequivocal, they are, but not below 45 hz. To touch control you need to get used to. The only thing with them is definitely good, it's autonomy-4 hours of listening can easily withstand.

I’ve been using this product for almost 2 weeks. The sound is clear, and bassy enough. The touch control is quite responsive. For gaming, it has a little bit lag, but still acceptable. Battery life is quite normal for TWS. Everything is fine except sometimes it needs to reconnect to your device before use it.
Delivery for two weeks. It came in a normal package, but everything is intact. The headphones are excellent in quality, by sound-for 4-ku: there are not enough bottoms, ringing high. In terms of price-quality ratio, in my opinion, an excellent option.
